Travelling by plane


From Tegel Airport (TXL)
Take bus line X9 (direction Zoologischer Garten) to the last stop
Take bus line 200 (direction Michelangelostraße) to Tiergartenstraße or U2 (direction Pankow) to Potsdamer Platz
Or by taxi: fare ca. EUR 21

From Schönefeld (SXL)
Take the train RE7 (direction Dessau) or RB14 (direction Nauen) to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof)
Take bus line M85 (direction Lichterfelde Süd) to Kulturforum
Or by taxi: fare ca. EUR 40


Travelling by car


Mandatory environmental badges are required for all cars entering low-pollution green zones in Germany. This requirement also applies to visitors entering Berlin by car. Please make sure to purchase your badge prior to your arrival. Vehicles without an environmental badge may not enter green zones. Failure to purchase or clearly display the correct badge when entering a green zone will result in a penalty fine of EUR 40.

U2 (direction Ruhleben or Theodor-Heuß-Platz) to Potsdamer Platz

From Ostbahnhof
S3 (direction Spandau), S5 (direction Westkreuz), S7 (direction Potsdam Hbf) or S9 (direction Alexanderplatz Spandau)

From Messe Berlin
1. Station Westkreuz - S-Bahn S3 (direction Erkner), S7 (direction Ahrensfelde) or S9 (direction Flughafen Schönefeld) to Hauptbahnhof
2. Ringbahn to "Halensee, from there Bus M29 (direction Hermannplatz) to Gedenkstätte dr. Widerstand
